February 2010 Update

Starting Wednesday 2-17-10….. from 7:00 – 8:15, We will be having a Brown Belt class for teens and adults. This class is designed esp for brown belts preparing for Black. There will still be a regular teen and adult class at t his time, taught by a separate instructor.
February is Membership Month! Have a friend sign up during the week of 2/15 thru 2-10 get a free private lesson, week of 2/22 thru 2/27 get a free weapon of your choice (bo, bokken, kama).
Battle in the Dojo, Saturday March 13th. Sign up now! $10 registration fee.
Order T-shirts! Pink or Red Karate Logo or Kickboxing Logo. Sign up sheet at the front desk.

Beginning November 21st we will have a New Saturday Class Schedule. The new schedule will be as follows:

10am- Children All Belts
10:45- Children & Teens sparring All Belts
11:30- Adult and Teen Class

Whether you want to train like a fighter, get in shape, lose weight or gain strength. We have it all. Check this class out, you’ll be glad you did!

Classes Monday & Wednesday evenings 6pm to 7pm.

There is an $8 drop in fee per class.
